Northern Therapeutic Massage is owned by Ashley Bertagnoli, a dedicated, licensed massage therapist and lifelong resident of the Gaylord, Michigan community.
Northern Therapeutic Massage specializes in individualized therapeutic bodywork, incorporating techniques such as myofascial release, deep tissue, stretching, positional release, and post-isometric relaxation to address tension, mobility, structural and postural patterns, and joint discomfort.
Every session is shaped by the individual - not a predetermined routine - with the goal of addressing the underlying patterns contributing to discomfort and creating meaningful, lasting change.
